Permission To Install Fibre

Prepare your home for fibre

FlexNetworks is installing our fibre-optic internet network in your community. To complete the infrastructure on your property and make your home service-ready, we need the following information from you.

There is no cost, no obligation, and no requirement to sign up for internet service.

What this authorization allows us to do
  • Install fibre infrastructure from the street to the exterior of your home

  • Contact you to discuss the installation and service placement

  • Restore any disturbed areas once work is complete

This form does not enroll you for services or commit you to any charges or costs.

For any questions or more information, please call/text us at (306) 979-6733 or read our FAQ’s here. To learn more about our installation process, please visit our Construction Page.

Please advise us if you have any special requests or questions, and whether you are aware of untraceable, underground services like water lines, irrigation or a septic field.

By checking the box below, I hereby confirm that I am the legal owner of the property specified above, or I am duly authorized by the legal owner to grant permission on their behalf. I grant BH Telecom Corp dba FlexNetworks ( “FlexNetworks”), its employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates, the right to enter the property for the purpose of installing, maintaining, and operating telecommunications lines and equipment necessary to provide telecommunications services. This may involve drilling or trenching for underground lines or installing above-ground lines as necessary.

I understand that the installation of these lines and equipment is intended to enable telecommunications services to the property and that these physical changes to the property will remain irrespective of the continuation of such services. FlexNetworks commits to restoring the property to its original condition, to the extent possible, after the installation, barring the physical presence of the installed lines and equipment. I acknowledge that restoration efforts may be scheduled for a subsequent date, and granting this permission does not obligate me to subscribe to FlexNetworks’ services now or at any future time.

There is no charge for the installation of the telecommunications lines at this time. However, should permission for installation not be provided now, and installation is subsequently requested, a fee may be imposed for such installation services.

Electronic Communication and Marketing Consent in Accordance with CASL

In compliance with the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), by selecting the checkbox below, I voluntarily agree to receive commercial electronic messages (CEMs) and specific marketing communications from FlexNetworks, including its employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates. These communications will cover a broad spectrum of content, including updates on telecommunications services, exclusive offers, promotions, newsletters, marketing initiatives, and service-related announcements. All such communications will be delivered through email, phone or text messages to the contact details I have provided.

I acknowledge that this consent is being requested by FlexNetworks, 100-1720 Ontario Ave, Saskatoon, SK. I am informed of my right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting FlexNetworks by phone at 1 (306) 979-6733 or by utilizing the unsubscribe option provided within any of the electronic communications sent to me.

By submitting this form, you consent to FlexNetworks contacting you regarding fibre access. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Or give us a call at 306-979-6733, and we’ll be happy to let you know what to expect in your area.

We understand the pride you have in your property. Our experienced contractors take great care and attention while working. We aim to leave everything in the same condition we found it.

You can learn more about our process here:

There is no cost to have the fibre line brought to your home.

Even better, some of our service packages don’t include an installation fee either. You can view current offers for your community here:

We’d love that.

Signing up early allows you to lock in our best pre-construction offers and ensures your connection is ready as soon as the network goes live in your area.

Depending on your location, we may use:

  • A small directional drill (for underground installation)

  • A vibratory plow, about the size of a lawn mower

  • Or overhead placement, similar to how other utility lines enter your home

Our goal is always to complete the work efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Safety is a top priority.

We use the same professional third-party utility locators as other providers. We’re also a member of Sask 1st Call, which ensures underground utilities are properly marked before digging begins.

Our crews will also check with you to identify any private lines on your property, such as irrigation systems, dog fences, or private power or gas lines.

We’ve outlined the full process on our construction page here:
https://flexnetworks.ca/construction/

It walks through everything from design and permitting to final connection at your home. If you have any additional questions, we always welcome a call to (306) 979-6733.

Even if you’re happy with your current service, having fibre brought to your home adds long-term value and keeps your options open.

Thanks to funding through the Universal Broadband Fund, we’re able to bring fibre to communities at exceptional value right now. Installing the line today means you can choose to activate service whenever it makes sense for you.

You can absolutely choose later, however, it may cost more once construction is complete and funding programs, such as the Universal Broadband Fund, expire after 2026.

The most affordable and convenient time to have fibre installed is while crews are already working in your area.
